- New Zealand filmmaker Richard Taylor visits Wuhan

On April 9, 2017, Richard Taylor, a world famous filmmaker from New Zealand, arrived in Wuhan for investigation.
Richard Taylor is the the creator and head of New Zealand film prop and special effects company Weta Workshop. He once won five Oscars for his work in the epic The Lord of the Rings film trilogy, Avatar, and King Kong.
In March of this year, Richard Taylor signed cooperation agreement with cultural enterprises in Hubei to set up a visual industrial (industrialized production of digital images) base in Wuhan and an experience museum on The Wotwots Kiddets, the first Sino-New Zealand cooperation film.
