Landscape and waterscape design
Located in Xudong business district, one of the four major municipal business districts in Wuhan, capital of central China’s Hubei province, Star City was opened on October 1, 2014. It will be seamless linked to the Line 8 of Wuhan Metro yet to be opened, with a subway entrance on the B1 floor of it.
With the commercial positioning as “the first Theatrical Eco-Shopping Mall in Central China”, the Star City aims at youth fashion and household consumption as target customer groups, integrating fashion, leisure, entertainment, dining, shopping, business, social and other multi-composite functions.
The Star City promotes the innovative concepts of “ecological building” and “time consumer shopping”, integrating natural factors such as forests, gorge, river, etc. through its landscape and waterscape design, which feature a brand-new theatrical eco-shopping mall with large-scale music fountains, multilayer waterfalls, valleys, gardens and light shows.
The boutique shopping mall of 100,000 square meters in Star City gathers different business operation modes for medium-and-high end consuming, international fashion, entertainment and food, sports and fashion, beauty and leisure, children’s education, all the factors exhibit the compound operation. Here, people can find international famous brand, creative fashion brand, concept of flagship store and so on.
The formats ratio of Star City: catering 25%, supermarkets 8%, retail 44%, entertainment 16%, service 7%.
